Anna Elffers is opgeleid als cultuursocioloog aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam en werkt als zelfstandig onderzoeker en adviseur in de culturele sector met als specialisme ‘cultuur & publiek’. Zij helpt cultuurmakers en -instellingen bij het krijgen van inzicht in publiek en doelgroepen en de vertaalslag van onderzoeksresultaten naar strategie. En ze doet onderzoek naar de impact van die strategieën op publiek, in de allerbreedste zin van het woord. Anna deed in 2025 onderzoek naar We are today, de Venlose invulling van de Impuls Jongerencultuur.

Anna Elffers studied Cultural Sociology at the University of Amsterdam and works as an independent researcher and advisor in the cultural sector, specializing in “culture & audiences.” She supports cultural makers and institutions in gaining insight into audiences and target groups, as well as translating research findings into strategy. In addition, she conducts research into the impact of those strategies on audiences, in the broadest sense of the word. In 2025, Anna conducted research into We are today, the Venlo-based implementation of the Impuls Jongerencultuur initiative.
